All enemies within the area of effect must succeed at a Fortitude save or die, to a maximum of 1 enemy per caster level.
- The script for this spell will actually take allies and the caster (should they be in the spell's area of effect) into the count for total creatures affected, even though it will not actually harm them.
- The line of sight check is bugged, as for many other spells. It will only work if there is a clear LOS between the target location of the spell and the enemy. So even if the caster can see the enemy, but casts the spell at a location without a clear LOS, the enemy will not be affected. It would be better to check for LOS between the caster and all targets using the LineOfSightObject function. Many other spells and spell-like abilities are affected as well: Weird, Turn Undead etc.
