Trent Campbell co-founded Braintree Entertainment, Inc. in 2008 to develop artistic and story driven mass market Nintendo DS games. With a history in the Electronic Entertainment Industry of playing an essential role in the success of several award winning titles, Mr. Campbell worked as Lead Artist and Art Director to head up the Aliens RPG through its lengthy pre-production phase at Obsidian Entertainment. Before which Trent was brought aboard in startup Obsidian’s infancy to establish and head up the animation department acting as Lead Animator on the acclaimed titles Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II and Neverwinter Nights 2. Before entering the industry Mr. Campbell graduated from The Academy of Arts University in San Francisco, CA receiving a BFA with the focus of character animation, being mentored by some of Pixar’s best animators. With a strong understanding of story and character development as well as game technologies, Trent wrote and directed the visual story prototype for Obsidian Entertainment’s anticipated title Alpha Protocol.

Trent started his career at Black Isle Studios and oversaw the animators on Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance 2 and the unreleased Baldur's Gate 3.
