Fighter 12 / Bard 1 / Frenzied Berserker 10 / Weapon Master 7
The idea was to create a powerful fighter build without having to explain away one's background as a Red Dragon Disciple. I mean, who keeps having relations with all these dragons? Nevertheless, several important stats and feats are retained for a more well-rounded build and at least a two-trick pony.
The build retains Epic Weapon Focus, Epic Weapon Specialization, Overwhelming Critical and, thanks to Bard and Able Learner, level 30+ stats in at least four ancillary skills. I chose Diplomacy, Spellcraft, Tumble and Use Magic Device.
All in all, it's an extension of the Fighter 6, Frenzied Berserker 7, Weapon Master 7 build for the OC, but with tweaks. Mainly pertaining to that one Bard level and shuffling the last levels so as to maximize chance for the reward feats.
Pro
- Greater and Epic Weapon Focus

- Supreme Cleave
- Actually being able to diplomacize.
- You don't feel quite like the twink of an RDD build.
Con
- Frenzy doesn't stack with +Strength gear, so you're talking 8 less STR on average than an RDD build.
- Somewhat limited Will save.
- Dependent on gear.
- Can't get Improved Whirlwind Attack. Well, you could, but it'd be at the cost of all your skill points and ability to, well, talk.

The choice for human was to get Able Learner. Without it, the concept of being able to twink the skill points with one level of Bard is pointless. As such, if your style of fighter is less talky than mine, you can forego human for any melee-oriented character build - and with it bard.
Indeed, as you don't need more than twelve levels of Fighter, you can have the thirteenth be Barbarian for a small Rage bonus and hitpoints or any other class you wish, really.
