"Does not actually function on occasion when given to yourself through debugmode or from an item." So does this 'sometimes' not function when given from an item or debugmode. I believe it means on the "occasion" (I'll simplify). I've heard the feat works when gained "properly" (i.e, with a class attached to it). GFallen (talk) 19:52, November 11, 2013 (UTC)
