If a character posseses any item which increases its stats say int does it apply to the available feats and skill points when leveling up?218.186.13.232 13:40, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
- No, the base stat is used to determine skill points and feat prerequisites, items or spells (or anything else) that alter stats have no effect. --heurist 07:05, 26 May 2009 (UTC)
