What would happen with Wlk(23), HW(3), BG(4)?

I'm messing around with a Yuan-Ti for added flavour (and nice bonuses, but of course with CL+2) and it seems to work well. Hellfire is added to Hideous Blow, which turns it... insane... and the Con damage is fixed with just a lesser restoration - no biggie.
