Wynna, I spruced up the article and redirected ALFA into A Land Far Away. -- Liam 11:31, 16 February 2006 (PST)

Vandalism?[]

Well, as the article reads as an advert for ALFA, it reads like a personal opinion of the makers, ie biased. I do have alot of respect for the ALFA project as a whole, but in the spirit of Wiki I thought readers would like to hear what is a very wide spread belief in the NWN community. I find it quite amusing this stated view was regarded as vandalism.

(18th Feb re: Some regarded ALFA as relying too much on accurate maps of the FR universe than actual fun gameplay. Players would download a huge hak and endure a highly selective application process to find themselves in worlds with hundreds of empty tiles with no other players online. That being said after the ALFA forums got haked and alot of administrators left, the community seemed to acknowledge something needed to be done and the project did seem to turn a corner, although not to the extent and success as this author would of hoped for.)

The term "vandalism" may be an instinct from my editing at Wikipedia proper, perhaps, but it is still a personal opinion which belongs on the talk page. -- Liam 12:54, 22 February 2006 (PST)

Looks like there's some redundant information in here ("news flash"). GFallen (talk) 17:13, December 15, 2012 (UTC)
