The override directory contains custom content that changes aspects of the game globally, however, it is still overridden by hakpacks. Content in this folder (Exceptions are any visual and audial files) also apply to clients if it is stored server sided while clients play on that server. Client's overrides (Same exceptions as noted above), however, will not affect and are overridden by the server as long as the session is running.
