The script directory was created to have an easily accessible and searchable collection of Neverwinter Nights 2 scripts. Originally started with Neverwinter Nights, it was a scripting wiki which merged with the NWNWiki project. The intention was to have a more unified place for NWN players, builders, and scripters to get and give information about both Neverwinter Nights and Neverwinter Nights 2.

Scripts in the Script Directory have been collected from the Neverwinter Nights and Neverwinter Nights 2 forums. Whenever possible and known, the original credits have been left intact and are posted together with the script.

The script pages have been protected in order to make sure their integrity stays intact. In other words, if just any one person could edit them, they may not work as originally intended. This also protects the original author of the script.
