The Merchant Quarter is the central square of Neverwinter, presumably rebuilt over the ruined parts of the City Core and Peninsula districts following the war with Luskan. This district features the Temple of Tyr, Moonstone Mask, the Tomb of Betrayers, and Captain Brelaina's city watch office.
