Melf's Acid Arrow creates a projectile of acid that the caster fires at a target. If the caster is successful on a ranged touch attack at the target then 3d6 points of acid damage are done the first round and 1d6 points for each round after the first.

This spell cannot be scribed to a scroll by a Cleric with the Scribe Scroll feat.
