Iron

Iron is the basic material used for metalworking. Weapons and armor made from regular iron have no special properties, and have no increase in DC for crafting. Iron ingots can be substituted with alchemical silver, cold iron, mithral, darksteel, or adamantine for more exotic products (where applicable).
