The caster brings into being a zone of invisibility that travels with him for the duration of the spell. All allies within the spell's area of effect are rendered invisible, but not to each other. Those that leave the sphere are visible once more.
- If this spell is cast by any party member other than the main character, upon gamesave load the AOE object will be destroyed. This is due to the way gamesaves work in NWN2 - when a savegame is created, all party members except the main character are removed from the party and when a savegame is loaded, they are re-added. If the AOE object creator is invalid, the invisibility sphere AOE gets destroyed. Those affected by the sphere before the game was saved still retain the effects of the AOE (still invisible), but after savegame load no new invisibility will be applied.
- Several invisibility spheres may interfere with each other, cancelling the invisibility effect on invisible characters or applying several invisibility effects. Invisibility spheres also conflict with other invisibility spells. If a character has several invisibility effects on them and casts a hostile spell, only one invisibility effect may be removed by the game engine, in which case the spellcaster will still stay invisible.
