Specifics: An Arcane Trickster can use this ability to deny an enemy's Dexterity bonus to AC for one round, allowing the target to be sneak attacked. The Arcane Trickster may use this ability 1/day at 1st level, 2/day at 7th level, and 3/day at 9th level.
