[edit] Gameplay Notes

This AC stacks with the characters current AC regardless of what current enchantments and bonuses are used.

The attack penalty does not apply to the AB used for touch attacks.

It only works with melee weapons equpped, though it can be used while casting spells.

[edit] 3.5 Combat Expertise
