Spells that require the target to make a Reflex saving throw in order to either reduce damage or ignore the effect. Characters that have the Evasion or the Improved Evasion class feats ignore damage from these spells if they make their saving throw. Characters that have the Improved Evasion class feat take half damage from these spells if they fail their saving throw.
